Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at robert-duncan1@outlook.com. Returns must be authorised before being sent back. Return addresses may vary depending on the product and supplier, and we will provide the correct return address once your return request has been approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalised products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gift cards. Sale items are not eligible for return.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
